Please refer to the local campaign timeline page for deadline dates pertaining to toy applications before completing this form.

This form only accepts Toy requests from Non-Profit Agencies and Organizations. Unless otherwise noted, the campaign accepts toy requests for children in the age groups provided.

NOTE: WE ARE A SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAM AND LARGER REQUEST'S MAY NOT BE FILLED. REQUEST'S ARE FILLED BASED ON DONATONS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE A SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAM.

YOUR REQUEST WILL BE VERIFIED BY ONE OF OUR ADMINISTRATOR'S.

If you choose to become one of our distributors you will be required to enter all of your applicants into our online database. Enter the number of applicants and in the comments section for each age group enter the First & Last Name of each applicant seperated with a comma.

It is important that your personnel be experienced computer users.

You must be open to the public and we will advertise your location on our local website.

To prevent rejection of your request, be sure to Accept the Terms and enter at least 1 number in one of the age fields. Keep your control number so you can come back and update your toy request. Your final request MUST contain the names of each child listed under the comments section for each age group.

Once you've entered your details and numbers and your request is ready to be processed please note in the notes section that you are done else note that you will complete your request later.
Once you submit your request you will receive a control number. If you want to modify a request you must use the "Lookup" feature and enter your control number.

Orders are filled with the toys we have on board when the order is requested.
Organizations must coordinate date and time of toy pickup.
